Times Colonist Summer 2002
Trip of a lifetime
In the summer of 2002, photographer
Dave Aharonian
and I left Prince Rupert on June 3 and kayaked down
the British Columbia coast, arriving 80 days and 1,400
kilometres later in Victoria. These five newspaper articles,
submitted enroute, chronicle the fulfilment of this
lifetime dream and our adventures on the rainy Inside
Passage of the North Coast and the wild, wave-swept
outer coast of Vancouver Island.
